Q. How can I pay?

Q. How can I check my order status?

Q. How can I track the shipment of my package?
A. Once your order has been shipped; you will receive a confirmation email with order number. You can track your package by searching your order from Account > My Orders with invoice number.
Q. I can't track my package.
A. Tracking system may take up to 24 hours to update the status of packages. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the order shipment confirmation email from us.
Q. Why has my ordered item been stocked out?
A. We strive to keep our products list up to date. However due to our structure, we may receive delayed stock-out notification from our providers. We will do our best to accommodate your order and you will receive immediate refund for the out-of-stock items.

Returns & Exchanges
Q. How can I exchange a product?
A. Currently we do not offer exchanges due to high international shipping cost.
Q. How can I return a product?
A. Please refer to Return Policy for more details and instruction on how to return a product.
Q. How long will it take to process the return of a product?
A. Refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the package you have returned. Please note that financial institution may take up to 10 business days to credit back to your account.

Q. What size should I order?
A. Please take into account that sizes may vary depending on brands. In order to guarantee the correct size, please take a moment to look at the size dimensions and additional description of the product in the product details page.
Q. What is a "Free Size"?
A. Free Size means we have only one size for that product. Generally, Free Size is similar to small or medium in the US. The reason why we do not specify a specific size is due to the fact that each brand has different dimensions. Please take a moment to look at the size dimensions and additional description of the product in the product details page.

Promotions
Q. Can I combine promotions (coupons)?
A. No, promotions or coupons cannot be combined and only one promotion can be used at a time. However, Pickytip reward points can be used simultaneously.
Q. How are coupons issued?
A. Coupons will be issued through email inclduing coupon codes. To use the coupon, type in the coupon code at checkout.

Pickytip Reward Points
Q. What is Pickytip Reward Points?
A. It is membership exclusive service provided for every purchase made at our website. Depending on your membership level status, you will earn 1%~6% of the amount spent for a purchase. You can redeem and use your reward points to pay for your order only when reward points is stacked over S$10.
Q. Where can I check Pickytip Reward Points balance?
A. First, sign in to your account, and then click on Account at top of the page. Go to My Reward Points tab on the left and you will find your total reward points available to use and your transactio history.
Q. How do I use Pickytip Reward Points?
A. First, sign in to your account, then add the items you would like to purchase in the cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on Proceed to Checkout button. At Pickytip's one step checkout page, fill in necessary information. You will see the reward points available to redeem as Points to redeem bar. Please note that minimum reward points required to redeem is $10.
Q. What is the Pickytip Reward Points exchange rate to SGD?
A. You can always check the balance of your reward points and how much it is converted to SGD from Account > My Reward Points page. You can also check Points/Currency Exchange Rates at My Reward Points page.

Cancellations & Changes
Q. Can I make any changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A. Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate your requests to make changes or to cancel an order. However, we cannot guarantee any order adjustments requested after an order has been processed.
Q. Why do I have multiple charges in my bank account/credit card?
A. We only charge you for the orders that have been processed. However, if you have unsuccessful or/and cancelled orders, your card processing institution may hold funds for each unsuccessful or/and cancelled order. These funds will be released automatically within 7 business days or at the discretion of your bank.
Q. Why was my order cancelled?
A. All the orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to being processed in order to ensure the security and personal information of our customers. We will not process your order unless all the information you have entered is correct. If we are not able to verify your information, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. Please make sure the billing information you have provided matches the information on record of your credit card issuing bank.
A2. You order may have been cancelled because the product you ordered is out-of-stock.

Shipping Options
Q. What are my shipment options?
A. All the orders are shipped from S. Korea via Ninja Van, Pickytip's logistics system, FedEx or EMS with tracking number. We choose the courier based on our criteria to provide the best service. Unfortunately you cannot choose the courier at this moment.
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. All orders are processed between Monday-Friday (our distribution center is based in S. Korea and operate in local time). All orders received on Friday, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. Your order will normally take 3-5 business days (business days: weekdays excluding weekends and holidays) to process from our providers. Please note that if your order includes bags, shoes and other hand-made items, it may take longer to process. In addition, shipping may take 2-7 days. Please understand there may be delay due to shipping complication.
