Although we try our best to provide products in best conditions, some may include product defect. Please follow instructions below for return of product defect.

  1. Message us through [email protected] with a photo of defected product, taken within 3 days of arrival, attached for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Upon successful return message submission, our customer service department will authorize your return within 3 business days.
  3. Once you are authorized, you can chose for an exchange or a full refund. We will e-mail you the guidelines to how to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
  4. You will receive the following email in next 3 business days:
- Either a pre-paid return label (either FedEx or USPS) or an instruction to parcel pickup service.

    - Customs prefilled document you can use to send the package back to us.
